Rutger

Rutger Smith has found the perfect house. Eight bedrooms, acres of land, a wine cellar, gorgeous gardens—and, most importantly, a pool. He wants it, his beast wants it, and no bidding war is going to stand in his way.
There’s just one thing he didn’t count on.

The woman who sold it to him.
Katlynne Richardson inherited the magnificent house after losing her parents, only to discover she couldn’t afford to keep it. Selling should solve her problems. Instead, it introduces her to Rutger—a handsome, incredibly wealthy stranger who claims he’s an ancient vampire…and she’s his mate.

Katie doesn’t believe in vampires. Or faeries. Or fated mates.
At least, she didn’t yesterday.

Now she has a colorful faerie named Gloom, a vampire who intends to adore her for eternity, and an undeniable attraction to a man who makes forever sound surprisingly tempting.
But becoming Rutger’s mate brings Katie into a world she never knew existed, and not every vampire is ready to welcome the powerful new couple. When a dangerous enemy sets his sights on them, Rutger will need every bit of his ancient power to protect the woman he waited lifetimes to find.

He wanted the house of his dreams.

Fate decided to throw in the woman of his dreams, too.
