“Eloise, I—”
“I do not want to hear protests,” she whispered. “Not tonight. Not again.”
So he said nothing of the sort, not as he kept moving his hands down her body, undoing her corset fastenings, then burying his hands in her skirts. Her hands fell to his breeches opening, not knowing entirely what she was doing, but only knowing she wanted him.
Her fingers were clumsy as she tugged at the laces before he helped her, and, as he did, she let herself indulge in the long shape elongating within the fabric, the erection she had once felt but not experienced.
“Dorian,” she breathed.
“I know,” he groaned against her as his hips pushed against her own. “I know.”
“I need you.”
He pulled back again, his eyes wild, his hair mussed from her tugging. “Then have me. I am yours, as you are mine.”
Within moments, her skirts were dropped, as his trousers were, and they were bared to each other. Eloise blushed, but her body knew what to do, racing ahead of her mind. Her hips circled, begging for something, anything of his—anything that felt like what he had delivered the last time he brought her to pleasure.
Only this time…
This time, her hand found his length, aroused and long, and guided it between her legs.
Her eyes met Dorian’s.
“I will be careful,” he promised, claiming her mouth in a deep kiss as his hands cupped her breasts, letting her continue to guide him. He was giving her the control, and she understood it. It took a lot for him to do it, but he cared for her enough to let her guide the pace.
Her hands fumbled at his length, pressing it to her entrance.
Suddenly, she was pushed back onto the counter’s surface, her body splayed, her breasts exposed, and her skirts on the floor. Dorian gazed down at her as though she had truly caught him in a spell. Only, she had not known she’d cast it.
His hips pushed against hers, his length gliding over her. “Do you know how beautiful you are, Eloise?”
She didn’t dare answer, because she wished to shake her head, but now was not the time.
“You—” Dorian moaned as he almost pushed into her, and a soft noise left her mouth at the slight breach. “—are the most beautiful woman I could have ever asked for.”
And then he was inside her, his length opening her in ways she could never have imagined. A torn, pleasured noise escaped her as she spread her thighs further on instinct. Dorian moved closer between them. He thrust into her carefully, his eyes never parting from hers. His hips worked tenderly but surely, heavy breaths falling from his own mouth.
“Dorian,” she moaned as he slid in right to the hilt, his entire erection buried inside her. “Dorian, I need you.”
His hand dropped down to plant itself next to her head, not fisting in her hair, but digging into the wooden counter. Several items fell off the table, clattering to the floor, but Eloise didn’t look. She only had eyes for her duke.
“Let go,” she reminded him. “Unleash.”
Dorian’s eyes darkened as he dropped his head into her neck, her name falling from his mouth in a growl. His hips rocked into her rapidly, thrusting over and over, and Eloise could barely keep up, but she would never have asked him to stop for the world.
Her eyes fluttered closed as she gripped his shoulders, giving into the pleasure as her body fell apart against him—for him.
Their bodies moved in a thrusting tandem, pleasure building between them as his breaths hastened, and moans tipped off Eloise’s tongue.
Soon, that wave he had brought her to last time came back, and she moved faster, up, against him, chasing it, as his own body ground deeper into her. Her head fell back, but he cupped her, ensuring she was held, as his face fell into her chest.
Greedily, Eloise dragged Dorian up against her mouth, finding his with her own, as their releases crashed around them, and the sounds of their pleasure filled the main lighthouse room, their names a mixture on one another’s tongue.
Finally, they collapsed, Dorian’s face pressed against hers. She heard his labored breathing slow down as he collected himself. It took them several moments to peel away from one another, and when they did, Eloise trembled when she stood. He caught her, laughing softly.
“I will always catch you, Eloise.”
It was a promise, so she fell into him on purpose the second time, and he held her tightly.
