He rested his forehead against mine. “I love you, my darling.”
“I love you too.” I kissed him again, then reached between us, wrapped my fingers around his cock and stroked slowly. I smiled against his lips as I felt his breathing change.
Behind me, the mattress shifted beneath Alaric’s weight. His hand moved over my hip, guiding me more comfortably onto my side before he adjusted the pillow supporting my belly. I was eight months pregnant now, and moving around had become an operation that required planning, determination and occasionally an Alpha.
“I need you, my heart,” Alaric murmured against my shoulder as he slowly entered me.
My breath caught as he gave my pussy time to adjust before moving deeper, until I was so full of him I couldn’t think about much else.
“Alaric…”
“You are such a good Omega, taking care of your Alphas,” he whispered. “You are perfect.”
Lucien’s kiss swallowed my moan as Alaric began to move in deep, slow thrusts. Warmth surrounded me on both sides, their scents filling the nest as I let myself get lost in our pleasure.
“Open your eyes, Elowen,” Lucien said softly. His face was so close that everything beyond him blurred. “You are everything to me. Do you understand that?”
I nodded, unable to speak. Lucien kissed me again as Alaric kissed my neck.
“I’m so close,” I whispered.
“As am I,” Alaric breathed against my neck.
I came with a soft cry against Lucien’s mouth, my body tightening around Alaric as pleasure rolled through me.
“Elowen,” Alaric groaned against my shoulder, his knot swelling and locking us together.
Lucien shuddered in my hand moments later, his warm release spilling across my belly. A growl rumbled through his chest as he gathered it and spread it slowly over my belly and across my bare breasts.
I sighed as Alaric drew a blanket over us. My eyelids grew heavier with his knot still inside me, and their hands settled over my belly, one above the other.
When I woke again, I reached across the sheet before opening my eyes. Lucien was no longer beside me, but he sat near the window, fully dressed, with his pad on his knee.
“A new light to you, my darling.”
“What time is it?”
“Early. You may sleep a little longer.” He put the pad aside and came to me as Alaric emerged from my dressing room in his navy uniform. I watched him fasten his cuff, still delighted that someone so handsome belonged in my bedroom.
“We are all expected at House Vaelor, my darling,” Lucien added. “Darius will remain in the residence.”
I caught Lucien’s hand and brought it beneath the blanket, right over my side, where one of our girls had been pushing.
“She wanted to say goodbye.”
He kept his hand still, waiting. I loved him for giving her that time, even though he was already dressed to leave. Alaric sat beside him and rested his palm against the other side of my belly.
“I think I deserve another slice of cake today,” I told them. “For coping so bravely with everyone leaving me alone.”
“I will ask Gilda to set some aside,” Alaric said.
“You’re my favourite. Both of you. All five, actually. It’s a very crowded position.”
Lucien remained beside me until our daughter moved again, then bent to kiss my forehead.
I caught the front of his jacket. “A proper one.”
He kissed me on the mouth, and I forgot he was leaving. “Be safe,” I whispered. “Come back to me.”
