"One often takes the lead, but believe me," his eyes sweep down to look at my lips, causing phantom tingles to rush along my mouth, "I like to be more than a witness."

His hands dig harder into my hips, crushing me to him as close as humanly possible, and I can’t ignore the hardness notched between my thighs.

"One isn’t going to like this." It comes out breathier than I mean it to.

Four tilts his head. "Whose idea do you think it was to let me jump in? He can’t have you freezing to death."

That not only turns me on, but it hits me right in the squishy heart feels.

So, One does care more than he lets on.

And while I’ve only just met Four, it feels like I’ve known him just as long as I’ve known One. More steam gathers off the surface around us as the water continues to heat.

Four’s eyes lose focus as he reacts to something I can’t hear.

"Is One upset you gave it away that he cares?" I guess.

He smirks just as his chest crushes to mine, the wet, hard planes of his pecs make me want to rub all over him like a cat.

Well, a regular cat. Not like the evil demon stray, Lucifer, who only lives for the pain and suffering of others.

Four nuzzles my face with his nose before slanting his mouth over mine, and I lose track of which way is up.

The pressure is urgent without pushing, and he wastes no time opening his mouth and inviting my tongue to meet his. I answer immediately. He tastes smoky, like fire, with a trace of spicy underneath. Our mouths play and tease until I spiral into a mindless need that has me grasping at his hair, his shoulders, kissing him deeper, faster, desperate for more.

He strokes my tongue back with his own. He goes still for half a beat when he finds the stud. Then he curls his tongue around it.

Then he suckles on my lower lip before nipping at it with equal fervor until we’re both panting and breathless.

Four breaks away, giving us a moment to recover. "Yeah, One is upset I gave away his little secret," he says, answering my earlier question, "but right now he prefers I stop molesting you." I can hear the air quotes around molesting, though Four’s hands continue to knead my hips, sending more warmth and heat to where our pelvises meet. Instinctively, I roll my hips, seeking out more of his hardness.

We both gasp at the contact, his expression turning pained. Pleasure ripples up my body until I’m in a chokehold.

He rocks me up and down on his hardness, somehow hitting just the right spot. I gasp as I drop my head and close my eyes just as he claims my mouth again.

I barely notice he's moved us until my back meets cold stone.

The steps rise out of the water in worn granite slabs, barnacled and slick, just enough to brace against. The city glitters above the pier's edge. Four's body is between me and the cold harbor, one hand flat against the step above my head, the other still gripping my hip.

"Oh yeah, One has a lot to say about what we are doing," Four chuckles darkly against my lips.

"That you shouldn’t be wasting time with a useless human?" I say, unable to open my eyes, as my inner muscles clench and bear down, wanting, needing to be filled.

Another laugh, this time more like a snicker. "Don’t let him fool you with that."

"The truth is," he says, lips sliding along the shell of my ear, invoking a shiver, "One is jealous."

"Jealous?" I squeak as Four kisses the side of my neck, sending a direct line of need and pleasure to where I need it most.

My fingers find the back of his head, tunneling through his wet hair. He breathes roughly, and the water warms a couple more degrees.

"Aren’t you all experiencing the same thing right now? One body and all that?" I ask. "Isn’t it kind of silly to be jealous of yourself?"

"If you’re asking if he can feel this?" he husks against my ear before sliding his hand beneath my wet tank top. Under the water, he tugs down my bra cup and gives my nipple a gentle pull that sends my hips bucking. He cups my small breast with a moan so satisfying you’d think he’d just come.

"One and the rest of the boys can feel this, feel you. But it’s different. Muted. It’s not like being at the forefront, and let me tell you, baby, they all want to be where I am right now."

Baby? No one has ever called me baby.
