Storm stepped closer.
"What did he say?"
Nathan smiled faintly.
"He didn't say hello."
A tiny laugh escaped Ivy.
Nathan continued.
"He said..."
"'Nathan... I was wrong.'"
The smile vanished.
"I asked him about what."
"He told me..."
"'The tides moved it.'"
Ward exchanged a quick glance with Ben.
Neither man spoke.
But both recognized the significance.
People didn't hide things in the ocean without accounting for tides.
Currents.
Storms.
Time.
Nathan continued quietly.
