Bone Collector’s Mate

A lost wolf pup, a pair of broken glasses, and the alpha Fate sent to save the day.

So feared no one dares whisper my name. When they catch me out of the corner of their eye, they turn their head and deny seeing a thing. When others mention seeing me, they say, “No, you didn’t.” They wish I didn’t exist.
I am an alpha.
But not the kind anyone wants.
My purpose is to watch over the dead. To gather their bones when something has gone wrong. I hang them as wind chimes in the trees, hoping the music will soothe their restless souls when all the pieces can’t be fit back together.
They call me macabre. Morbid. Evil.
I’m none of those things.
When I wander into Whisper Grove, a hidden haven for paranormals, shifters, witches, and otherworldly beings like me, I think I’ve finally found a place to belong. A small town even a bone collector alpha might call home.
But there’s one thing I want more than sanctuary.
An omega.
An omega to claim. To cherish. To protect.
An omega who won’t look at me and see only death.
In Whisper Grove, Fate has a way of binding souls together and, for the first time in my cursed existence, I wonder if even someone like me deserves a mate.
