I kiss her before it can become a discussion. Tonight doesn’t need another explanation of everything we learned apart. I only need her to feel the difference.

My free hand closes around her breast.

The fuller weight fills my palm, warm and soft against my skin. I pictured Charm cupping herself while I listened to her breathing change through the phone. I imagined her lifting her breasts into her palms and pinching her nipples because my voice told her what to do.

Memory has nothing on reality.

“Fuck,” I breathe.

Her mouth curves. “You’ve seen them.”

“I had one photograph and my memory.”

My thumb crosses her nipple.

Charm’s back lifts from the mattress.

“That,” I say. “The phone didn’t give me that.”

“You heard me.”

“I want to feel every sound before it leaves you.”

I stroke her again, watching pleasure move across her face before the moan reaches my ears. Then I lower my mouth and draw one nipple between my lips.

Her body arches harder.

“Ryan.”

The sound moves from her chest into my mouth.

I suck slowly, using my tongue and teeth until her fingers twist together above her head. Her other breast remains in my hand, receiving every touch I promised while she listened to me stroke myself through the phone.

I switch sides without hurrying.

Charm’s thighs tighten around my knee. Her hips begin moving, searching for pressure while I keep my mouth against her breast.

“You’re rubbing yourself against me.”

“You put your leg there.”

“I wanted to see how long it would take.”

“You already know I have no patience.”

“I know you have no patience when you trust me enough to be demanding.”

Her gaze meets mine. “I trust you.”

The words strike deeper than they did in the kitchen.

I release her wrists and cover her body with mine. Charm immediately slides her hands into my hair, expecting freedom to mean speed.

I kiss her slowly enough to frustrate her.

She catches my lip between her teeth.

“Impatient.”
