I rested one hand against Ryan’s chest.

He looked down at it. “This is your dramatic pose?”

“I’m thinking.”

“That must be new.”

I slapped his chest.

Ryan caught my wrist, pulled me against him, and lowered me into a dip so quickly that I gasped. One arm supported my back while the other curved beneath my thigh, lifting my leg against his hip. My sunglasses slipped down my nose as his face stopped inches above mine.

The camera flashed.

Neither of us moved.

Ryan’s hand spread across the bare skin above the hem of my shorts. His mouth hovered close enough for me to feel his breath, and the heat in his eyes belonged against my bedroom door instead of beneath a rose-covered arch.

The camera clicked again.

“I only needed one,” the employee said.

Ryan lowered his mouth and kissed me.

The shocked sound I made disappeared between us. My lips moved over his with none of the restraint I’d once used whenever someone might see. He held me suspended beneath the rose-covered arch, one hand spread beneath my thigh while the other supported my back.

The camera flashed again.

Ryan didn’t stop.

His tongue swept into my mouth as his grip shifted higher, fingers closing around the curve of my ass beneath the edge of my shorts. He pulled my body tighter against his until the hard length beneath his athletic shorts pressed between my thighs.

I rocked against him instinctively.

A rough sound entered the kiss.

The employee cleared her throat, but Ryan’s mouth only became more demanding. He adjusted the angle of my body and dragged me once against him, slow enough to make me feel every inch of what last night had only made worse.

I tightened my leg around his hip.

“Fuck, mami,” he breathed against my mouth.

My fingers closed around the back of his neck. “You’re supposed to look romantic.”

“I’m trying to keep this Bliss appropriate.”

“You aren’t trying very hard.”

Ryan ground me against him again, his eyes locked with mine while the camera documented something no wedding challenge had intended to capture.

Briggs’s voice carried down the path. “That seems unnecessarily authentic.”

Ryan finally lifted his head but didn’t release me. Briggs and Lyric stood beneath the archway with their basket. Lyric appeared disgusted. Briggs looked delighted.

“We’re competitive,” Ryan said.

My leg remained wrapped around him while his hand held my ass against the erection he made no attempt to hide.

“Your dick appears extremely committed to winning,” Briggs observed.
