Single.

My best friend won't stop trying to find me a mate.

I'm behind the gym hunting two missing teenagers.

I may or may not have just shared my emergency chocolate with a Wolf the size of a small horse.

And now the most beautiful man I've seen in a very long time is standing beneath a full moon asking if he can help me.

Can he?

I look into his eyes.

And I think maybe, just maybe...

He can.

Chapter Two

I stare at his outstretched hand for a second longer than any normal person should.

Big mistake.

Huge.

Not quite a spark. Not like what happened when I touched the Wolf.

Pure, delicious heat.

The kind that settles low in my belly and makes me suddenly, painfully aware that I haven't had sex in—nope.

Not going there.

“My name is Grimm.”

Of course it is. Because a man who looks like this couldn't possibly be named Bob.

“Grimm,” I repeat.

His fingers tighten around mine. Just slightly.

“Grimm Palermo.”

“Agatha Daniels.”

“I know.”

My eyebrows shoot up.

“You know?”
