“Yeah.”
“That’s the Misfit clubhouse.” Her eyes drop back to mine. “Lake Mage is also known as Misfit Lake.” An arrogant grin graces my lips. “Meaning we’re good. We’re on club property.”
A loud sigh of relief is released in tandem with her pants landing at her ankles revealing an unexpected surprise.
My chin kicks to the black, strappy, lacy material that includes a tiny satin bow. “New?”
Emmerz coyly nods.
“For me?”
Another shy head bounce is given.
“You know you didn’t have to.” Her lips pull to one side, uncertainty on whether it was the right decision clear as day, a sight that prompts me to add. “But I appreciate that you did.”
Relief swiftly returns to her stare.
“Now, show me how good they look on the ground, Teach.”
I wolfishly watch her fingers curl around the thin strands of material and wiggle it down her thighs.
Past her knees.
Right to her ankles where she momentarily lets it linger.
Taunt me.
Tempt me into reaching across the distance to touch them.
Her.
Fuckme, I cannot get enough of this woman.
At this point, I’m more concerned with how often I’ll get to ride her rather than Nigel.
The removing of her black “I Put the Lit in Literature” Shakespeare t-shirt is quick; however, the undoing of her bra is agonizingly slow, and given the small sways of her hips and how her tongue teasingly dances around her mouth, it’s obvious it’s on purpose.
A show.
For me.
And thank fuck, it’s only me.
My blade would be dripping otherwise.
Which isn’t what I want dripping right now.
Finally – and fuck do I mean finally – Emmerz is naked and ready to join me in the water.
I extend my open arms up.
Encourage her to crawl into them.
Wordlessly swear that I’ll protect her.
Care for her.
And the instant her arms are around me, that’s exactly what I do.
