Almost like I don’t mind.
Almost like I like it…
My brain instantly revolts at the idea. But just as I start to squirm and thrash against him, his hips roll, pinning me even tighter between his size and the ground, my core pressed right against his rock-hard body.
Aaaaand here comes that wave of liquid heat again.
I can feel my face throbbing as I allow the feeling of being utterly dominated and at his complete mercy ignite inside me. His piercing dark eyes stab into me as the tight, muscled bulk of his thigh presses against my pussy through my yoga pants.
“Get off of me!” I croak, my throat working heavily.
To Damiano’s credit, he starts to. But then he stops, and a dark glint sparks in his eyes that instantly has my core tightening against the front of his dark jeans pressed to my center.
I want more.
I want total and complete dominance from him. To be forced to submit. To be made to take whatever he’s going to give me.
Oh, right.
Then I remember that I’m fucking crazy, and this is my brain’s way of underscoring that for me.
Clearly. Obviously.
My glare re-focuses as I squirm to get free of him.
“Get the fuck off of me!”
“Why don’t you want me to throw it away.”
My brow furrows. “Huh?”
“The head,” he snarls.
I make the best shrugging motion I can, given that my arms are pinned above my head and his Marvel Super-asshole body is squished against me.
“Be…because!” I blurt.
“Tell me,” he growls.
I bite my lip. “I already did—”
“No, you already told me some bullshit,” he purrs, his tone teasing over my face as heat coils low in my belly. “This time, you're going to tell me the tru—”
“FINE!” I mutter. “Because there’s a chemical grenade inside which obviously didn’t go off when it was supposed to back in your room, which would have been so fucking cool, because the smoke would have come out his nostrils and—”
Damiano’s face hardens.
“A…chemical grenade.”
I smile sheepishly. “You know. Like tear gas.”
His already dark eyes shadow even more lethally.
“You put a fucking tear gas grenade in the severed head you left in my room.”
I roll my eyes. “Is there a particular part of this you’re having trouble with?”
“Yeah, a bit,” he snaps. “Like the part where you shoved a fucking IED in a body part and left it—”
