In the morning, I’m coming back for the book.

But as soon as we reach our bedrooms and my head hits the pillow, I pass out.

Sister Jodie spins me using my shoulders. “Hands on the desk.”

I place my shaky hands on the classroom desk, sliding some papers out of the way for a better grip.

She lifts my habit over my ass and rests the material on my lower back, exposing my bare vagina to the cold and to Samuel.

She tuts in delight, placing the cane down in front of me with a light tap of wood against wood while the red, angry marks on my ass from yesterday begin burning. “I see you’ve finally decided to start respecting your future husband.”

My cheeks burn from embarrassment and my stomach twists.

“That’s a good girl,” Samuel praises from his seat at my usual desk. “Thank you, Sister Jodie, but I think I can take it from here.”

No.

No, no, no.

Please don’t leave.

I beg in my head, praying to a God I’m not convinced exists anymore, hoping that Sister Jodie hears my pleas just this once. I have hope for her. She can’t be this bad.

“Very well, sir.” Sister Jodie pulls my hair back, forcing me to look at her. “And you, behave, because this”—she smacks the cane across my knuckles, causing my elbow to falter and bend—“will be ten times worse if you don’t.” She pushes my head back down before she leaves and the door shuts with a hollow bang.

My heart rate accelerates and sweat breaks out on my forehead and back of my neck, then trickles down my spine.

Samuel stands, the chair he was sat on creaking with the movement. His footsteps sound louder the closer he gets and then a hand lands hard on my ass with a sting.

I whimper as my arms shake.

“You’re going to be such a good girl for me,” he murmurs and my breakfast threatens to come back up. His hand caresses the sting and I shiver in disgust. “And this pussy…” His hand travels closer to my centre.

No words come out, though.

No.

“I can’t wait to demolish this virgin pussy.”

“No,” I say on a broken whisper.

“What?” His voice hardens.

“No,” I repeat.

The sound of a zipper sliding down fills the room, before his hand grab either side of my hips. “What did you say?”

“No!” I scream as something hard presses into my entrance. “No!”

“No!” Jordie’s scream breaks through my music, making my joint pause mid-way to my mouth as I watch the rain beat down on my windows.

Have I angered her so much she’s decided to destroy her room?

“No!” This is a longer one.
