I haven’t given her much control. I’ve decided the pace, the depth, everything. It’s her turn to take what she wants from me. Well, aside from yesterday morning. What a fucking way to wake up. My cock down her windpipe. I run my hand down my face.

Oh dear God.

The soft rustle of her shorts hitting the floor breaks my train of thought. She kneels over my thighs, planting each knee on the rug on either side of me, and her eager fingers land on my belt buckle.

“I don’t understand how you wear jeans all the time.” She laughs as she slips the belt through the buckle to release it. “God, you’re so big,” she nearly moans, palming the outline of my shaft through the thick denim.

“Take. It.”

Please…before I blow in my pants.

She unbuttons the jeans. I’m in my preferred button-fly style and proudly commando underneath. She pulls my thick cock out of the denim, and she grins widely that she’s getting what she wants. She shifts to align herself with me, practically dripping.

“You weren’t kidding,” I say, completely exasperated with how turned on a little weed made her.

“No. Never,” she breathes. She sinks all the way down to fully seat herself on me. She stays still, keeping me in her cage instead of thrusting. My fingers bunch up behind my head to resist the urge to shift my hips. Instead, I marvel at the way she accommodates me while keeping a vice grip on my shaft.

She’s ruined me for anyone else just as much as I’ve ruined her.

I move my arms and plant my hands on her hips. Not to move her—just to hold her.

“You okay?”

Tilly moans and looks right at me. “Just enjoying this.”

“Me, too. Move when you’re ready.”

I can’t guarantee I’ll last.

I’m not afraid of any consequences from the sex. She’s built for me, and I’m the grown-ass man she truly needs.

She continues to hold still after a beat, so I bend my knees and sit up to hold her to me. I clamp my arms around her torso, and her stiff nipples brush up against my chest. I don’t remember her taking her shirt off, but it’s better like this. I bring my lips to her shoulder and kiss her heart tattoo.

“You’re so damn perfect.”

Her body relaxes into me, her weight becoming one with mine. I wasn’t that high, but time blurs. Until I feel that tension build up again, then relinquish it into her. And even after we’ve both reached our peaks, we stay molded together.

Chapter Fourteen

Tilly

My head pounds before I lift it off the pillow and open my eyes.

Without opening my eyes, I grasp Enzo’s side of the bed, but it’s vacant. The sheets are chilled from his absence, and I’m not surprised I slept later than him after mixing substances last night.

I’ve only slept over three times so far. Last Sunday morning, I was awake just as the sun started to rise because I had festering feelings after our first time, and he was already awake then, too. I was exhausted getting up that early, so I’m not sure how he did it. Then, he mentioned staying up late to work. Given his stressful job and long days, it can’t be healthy or sustainable long-term to sleep this little.

I open my eyes, and the morning sunlight seeps through the blinds. The light pierces my brain, and I wince. My mouth is desert-dry, and I’m a little surprised Enzo didn’t make me hydrate. Though he was out of it, too.

What a night.

I remember everything from last night. Wine and pizza for dinner. Weed on the back patio. Sex on the living room floor. Enzo finally opening up about his tattoos. How can a man so gorgeous and successful feel like such an outcast?

It’s not his fault. Surely, no one thinks he’s different based on what he’s told me about his dad and adoptive mother. That’s a lot to carry on his shoulders, but he seems happy, or at least content, with his appearance now. Even if it’s all a mask.

I swing my legs over the side of the bed and press my fingers to my pounding temple. I’m heading for the bathroom, but I stop in his closet first to retrieve a soft, worn-in T-shirt. It’s a tall size, and the shirt is baggy on me, hanging past my butt. Then I turn toward the bathroom to see if I can locate something for this headache.

Pound. Pound. Pound.
