Lev is happy to do so. He leans his body over mine, capturing my lips again in a searing kiss. He’s half on his side and half on me, his thigh pressing between my legs as his tongue pushes into my mouth. He’s grinding against me in time with his tongue rolling around with mine, and I moan as I feel him push his erection against my stomach, sliding his underwear-clad dick over mine.
His kisses are intoxicating. He tastes like what I imagine heaven to be like, and I can’t get enough. I kiss him back as my heart skyrockets. The pain in my side and ribs fades into the background, and I let myself get lost in this man, using my lips and pelvis to feel good, grinding against him. Lev pulls his lips away from me and trails open-mouthed kisses across my jaw and neck before returning to my jaw again. I run my fingers through his soft hair.
“Lev,” I whisper as he sucks on the sensitive skin behind my ear.
He pulls away and looks at me. “I need to come, Dare. Is that okay?”
I nod, unable to breathe enough to talk, and he reaches down and pushes his boxers under his balls. He gives his cock a squeeze and moans. I swallow hard and do the same. We aren’t even trying to see each other’s size or girth or anything. This is carnal. It’s a need to get relief. We’re caught up in this moment, right now.
Lev captures my lips again and shifts one more time so he can get good friction on my pelvis. Our dicks rub together a few times as we grind against each other desperately, and I feel Lev stiffen.
He rips off my lips and buries his face in my neck with a moan. “Fuuuuuck. Fuck, I’m coming,” he grunts against my neck, rutting his dick into my body with another moan.
He nips the skin on the side of my neck, which sends me over the edge, and I come onto my fist and T-shirt.
“Oh my god,” I gasp, trying to get my breathing under control as I give my cock one more stroke.
Lev releases me and rolls over to his back. We’re both panting. He looks at me with a sated smile on his swollen lips. After another moment, he starts to sit up. “I’ll get us clean shirts. Did it get on your underwear?”
I shift the covers and look down as Lev gets out of bed. “I’m good,” I say.
He comes back a few seconds later with a washcloth and two clean T-shirts. Once we’re changed and settled in bed again, he reaches up and turns the light off.
“Night, Dare,” he says quietly, turning into me. He gently places his arm over my hip and scoots a little closer, spooning me. “Is this okay?”
His breath tickles my neck, and my skin erupts in goose bumps.
“Perfect,” I murmur.
I don’t know what’s happening between us or if what we just did means anything to him, but I don’t have time to think about it because sleep envelops me quickly, and I fade away.
Chapter 21
Levon
Iwake up as the sun peeks through the curtains, and my first thought is how warm I am. I smile to myself when I wake up enough to realize why. I have another man in my bed, pressed up against me. I’m lying on my stomach, arms under my pillow and legs open, and a body is nestled up against mine, one leg folded over my butt cheek and an arm around my back. Light breathing tickles against my armpit, and contentedness hits me.
The man is Dare. Dare is in my bed with me, pressed tightly up against me.
As I slowly continue to bring myself into the waking world, my mind drifts back to last night. From Garrett calling me to tell me that Dare had been in a fight to me bringing him home and tending to his cuts and bruises. And then that kiss. Oh my god, that kiss. I shouldn’t have liked it as much as I did. I’m worried that it changed something, made it so that I’ll never want to kiss anyone else ever again. The hug, too. I was caught a little off guard, but Dare was so natural about it that it wasn’t awkward. It actually felt good.
And then afterward, in bed . . .
My arm is asleep, and I need to move, so I roll over gently, trying to not disturb him. He groans as I readjust but then quickly shifts over me again, pressing his side against me but now with his head resting on my chest. My hand moves to his back, and I stroke up and down gently, slipping under his T-shirt and rubbing his soft skin. I place a soft kiss on the top of his head and hold my lips against him, continuing to stroke his back. He lets out a little sigh followed by a quiet breath, and he presses his groin against me, settling in a little closer.
I close my eyes, completely warm and sated by his body heat and scent, and it’s not long before his breathing changes again. He’s fallen back to sleep. I don’t want to wake him yet since I know it’s early, so I lie there with him and continue to think as I stroke his back.
Last night was unexpected. I hadn’t meant for anything to happen, but after taking care of him and seeing the way he was looking at me, I couldn’t stop myself. I know I asked several times if he was sure he was okay with it, and he didn’t complain about anything that happened. In fact, he seemed every bit as enthusiastic as I felt.
He looks so peaceful laying on me. I gently brush some of this hair out of his face as I study him, his eyes softly closed and his long, dark lashes contrasting against his skin. He’s beautiful. I’d stare at him all day if I could. I’m not sure where we go from here, but I hope I get the chance to hang out with him more often and figure it out. As much as I want to rush into something with him, I know if anything is going to happen between us, we have to take this at his pace. He’s been through so much, and the last thing I want to do is hurt him more than I already have.
Once I realize that sleep isn’t going to take me under again, I decide to get up. I plant one more kiss on his head and carefully slide out from under Dare. He barely stirs. I make sure he’s covered back up before going to the kitchen to start some coffee.
After I’ve downed my first cup a few minutes later, I text Garrett to let him know that all is okay with Dare and to thank him again for calling me to come get him last night. I want to cook breakfast for Dare, to make sure he has something to eat, although maybe it’s a little selfish on my part because I also want an excuse to spend more time with him. So I pull out some pans and get started, figuring a big, traditional breakfast is probably the best bet.
The bacon is sizzling and I’ve just cracked the first egg into the pan when I hear Darian walk into the kitchen. I look up, a grin already working its way onto my lips, but then my stomach drops and I suck in a breath when I see his face. His eye is puffy and bruised. His bottom lip is also swollen, and he has another bruise on the other side of his face, right above his eye where he must have caught an elbow or a fist.
He smirks at me. “I know. It’s bad.” He comes to the table and sits. His voice is adorable, morning scratchiness and all.
