“No need, big guy. Jenni and I go way back, don’t we?”

“Shove it, Tyson.” She responds.

“Still the same spitfire. I guess your daddy hasn’t been able to snuff you out. Anyway, enough.” He looks at me. “I’m done with all this.” He waves his hands around. “I’m done with you being disrespectful. You’ve been living your life without regards to what I want and I’m done playing your games. It’s time for you to come home. You had better come on your own volition, Savannah. It won’t be pretty if you force my hand.” My heart pounds at his threats. Looking me up and down again, he sneers. “I know what you’ve been doing, baby.” He steps closer but the guys put their arms around me in protection. He eyes them both as he continues talking. “I know who you’ve been doing and that shit isn’t going to fly with me.” He steps back. “Now.” He pulls at the bottom of his jacket. “I’ll call the salon; get you an appointment so we can get you back to normal.”

He walks away with his mother by his side. “Eat shit!” I yell.

Turning around, he chuckles. “Seems as though Jenni’s wearing off on you. We’ll fix that too.”

“Motherfucker.” Jenni says. “He’s lost it, Savannah.” I nod in agreement.

“Is that how that asshole is all the time?” Lick asks.

“He’s seems to have gotten worse. I think the fact that he can’t control me or doesn’t have a say in my life right now is starting to push him off the deep end.”

“You’ve got nothing to worry about.” Hawk says. “Let’s get you ladies home.”

“What are you girls talking about?” Bianca comes into the kitchen from her room. She takes a glass from the cupboard and fills her glass with the red wine that Jenni is drinking.

“What I wouldn’t give for a glass of that right now.”

Jenni looks as me over the rim of her glass, smirking. “We were just talking about how Savannah can’t seem to get enough of your son.”

I take one of Jenni’s beloved peppermint patties and chuck it.

“Well, you’re a beautiful woman. One who’s even more gorgeous when she’s pregnant. My son is a warm-blooded man.”

“I’m so not going to talk about his with you. No offense, Bianca. You know I love you. But I think Sin would have a conniption if he knew I was discussing our sex life.”

She laughs. “You’re probably right. But it wouldn’t hurt not to tell him. There are just some things that a girl needs to keep to herself, and female bonding is one of those things.”

“I’m not sure if your boy can keep with this sex machine.” I kick Jenni under the table. “Ow, why did you do that?”

Bianca laughs again. “Matthew is a Sinclair, if he is anything like his father, believe me when I say that my son will always be able to keep up.” She winks.

“I’m so not having this conversation with you.”

“Fine, I’ll have it with her. How was your husband?” She pops a miniature minty treat in her mouth and follows it with a gulp of wine.

“Oh, dios mio…that man was able to rock my world until the day he took his last breath. Sex during the times when I was pregnant—hands down the best sex of my life. I think that’s one of the reasons why I have three kids, just so I could experience that pregnancy sex more than once.”

“Sweet Jesus.” Jenni breathes.

“You can say that again.” Bianca says laughing. I can’t believe I’m discussing this with her. I wouldn’t even talk to my own mother about this. "The positions, how he could hit that sweet spot. Perfecto.” She smiles as she drinks the last of her wine.

Jenni throws her head back and laughs. “That’s fantastic. Pregnant sex is something else. I’ve read up on it. Bianca isn’t just blowing smoke, it’s true.”

“I know it’s true, hello. I’m currently living it. What about you?” I point at Jenni. “Why are you so concerned with my sex life? What happened to you sexing your way through the MC? Either you haven’t done it or it hasn’t been something to write home about and I doubt that.”

“Don’t try to deflect. This isn’t about me. This is about you and your oversexed vag.”

“Oh, my God, you’re awful. What happened to you? Where is my sweet friend?”

“Oh, please, I’ve never been sweet and you know that.” She shrugs her shoulders. “Plus I’ve been hanging around with Lick a little.” I balk at her confession. “Don’t judge. Someone’s got to keep me company.” She glares at me.

“You can’t stand that man.”

“I still can’t, but he’s wearing on me. I’ve got tough skin and his mouth and lack of morals doesn’t affect me.”
