I looked at him so he would see it on my face, “I love you Sam, I meant every word. I never thought I would know what that feels like, I didn’t think I would know even if it hit me in the face. But I fucking know it… It feels like my chest is fit to explode with how complete I feel when you are around, and it feels like my heart is missing a crucial piece when I am just away working downstairs. So yes, I love you.”

His face brightened up with a million dollar smile, “I love you too.” he said, nuzzling into my neck. I fetched some wet wipes from the nightstand to clean my cum from my stomach and chest. There was no way I was moving away from him now, all cozy and sleepy.

We had to have fallen asleep because I was woken up by the aggressive sunbeams trying to burn my eyeballs through my closed eyelids. Sam was stuck to me like a limpet.

I didn’t want to move but I had to pee so I tried to slowly extract myself from him.

He tensed, wrapping his arm and leg even tighter around me, and I let out an amused laugh. I kissed his sleepy face and we stayed tangled in the sheets for a little longer.

Matt and Jake have been eyeing me all morning as if, “I HAD SEX” was written on my forehead. Their sly smirks and shoulder nudges weren't subtle at all. I was playing dumb, to see how long it would take for nosey Jake to lose patience and ask.

Turns out not long. We were just about to start laying the tiles and Jake shouted, slapping his thighs, “Okay… I can’t… You got lucky, and I need to know did Sam bend you over like a pretzel? Man this is huge, your first gay sex and you are going to withhold information from your best friends!?”

This was going to be fun. I kept ignoring him, on purpose all day.

CHAPTER 49

SAM

Iwas so scared when I ran away from Kyle, everything felt hopeless. I could have never predicted I would be with anyone, let alone live with a man and fall in love with him.

There hasn’t been a peep from Kyle since that last barrage of messages, but then again he wouldn’t know my new phone number and he never really checked my social media before, so I think I was truly safe from him. This past week had been amazing. I was living the dream. Alex and I couldn’t keep our hands off of each other, since the night we had sex for the first time.

I was sitting downstairs on a new countertop that arrived this morning while Matt, Jake and Alex were installing the stainless steel kitchen cupboards. The ovens were installed and all the counters and shelving was finished in the front of the bakery.

Every time Alex walked past me, we either kissed or touched and the guys kept whistling or busting Alex's balls at how in love he was. I loved every second of this dynamic because even though they messed with him a lot, it was all done with love. And Alex pretends that it bothers him, but he can’t hide the little smirk when he turns away from them. My heart was full.

The last of the cupboards were in place, the guys were finishing packing up when Alex came to stand between my legs, where I was perched as an honorary supervisor. Wrapping my arms around the back of his neck, he swooped in for a smooch and said, “Hey Pup, I was going to suggest something if you are open to it?”

“Sure, go for it.”

“I was going to ask you if you wanted to go and visit your Baka and parents today? Only if you are ready. No pressure, ok?” He carefully suggested.

I did not have that same panicky feeling as before, and that was thanks to this man who changed the course of my life. “Yeah, I think I am ready.”

“OK, let me clean up and change and Matt will drop us at the cemetery.” He kissed my forehead and helped me down off the counter.

Walking out of the house hand-in-hand I was nervous, as if I was bringing my boyfriend to meet my parents… well technically I was in a way. He started walking away from the direction Matt was waiting for us in the van and started pulling me across the road.

“Honey, Matt is that way.” I pointed behind with my thumb.

“I know but I am not going empty handed to meet your family, Sam.” His tone serious.

“Oh.” I melted into a puddle. Could he be any more swoony?

Entering a little florist shop on the main road, we were greeted with a strong flower scent and Alex stiffened and sneezed so hard, that Amy the owner screamed from the fright. I was still in shock when he sneezed five more times in succession with the same intensity.

At this stage I was bent over holding my stomach, wheezing how hard I laughed.

“Alex, are you allergic to pollen?” I asked, between gasps attempting to stop laughing.

“HA HA. Funny. Yes I am Sam. What gave it away?” His response sent me into hysterics, “Amy, I need two of the most beautiful bouquets you have please. Fast!”

“Coming right up. Are you boys trying to impress the girls?” she asked casually, getting her gardening gloves on.

“No ma’am. We are visiting my boyfriend’s family at the cemetery, and I'm trying to make a good first impression.” Well that stopped my laughter quickly.

“Oh. Well aren’t you a sweet boy. I got just the bouquets for you. One second darlin’s, I’ll be right back.”
