I have the fleeting thought that if Griff were here, too, he could hold her while I duck down and take her with my mouth.
Next time.
“Oh my god,” she sighs as I continue the slow torture. My dick is rock-hard, but I pay it no mind. That is, until Olivia moves her hand from my thigh to my crotch, right over the top. She rubs me with a firm pressure that threatens to cause me to make a mess in my pants that will be impossible to hide.
With a pained chuckle, I kiss the side of her head. “You better stop, or I’ll need you to walk in front of me the entire way through the fair when we get off this ride.”
Olivia freezes, and for a second, I worry we’ve gone too far. But then she gives my dick one final squeeze and moves her hand back to my thigh. “I’d apologize, but it would be a lie.”
“That’s my girl.” I grin down at her while twisting my fingers that are still inside of her pussy. “But I’m still gonna make you come. You only have a few minutes before we’re back within view of other people. Think you can do it?”
She gasps as I stroke her inner wall, finding the soft, pillowy spot that I know is her hot button. “I don’t know, the better question is, can you make me do it?”
I let out another chuckle, this one full of heat. “Fucking right, I can.” I kiss her then, as my fingers plunge in and out of her, twisting and stroking and teasing. I manage to get my thumb into position on her clit, and as soon as I press down, she detonates. I muffle her cries with my mouth, drinking in her pleasure as if it were my own.
Her body shakes in my arms, and it’s a fight to remember we’re in public and I can’t pull her over top of me and fuck her right here, right now. But the ride is moving, and we’re almost low enough for people to see, so I carefully ease my fingers out of her and lift them to my mouth, where I lick off every fucking drop of her release.
“Perfect timing,” I say with a wink as we drop lower.
Olivia lets out a shaky laugh. “I can’t believe we just did that.”
“Believe it, Pix. And believe me when I say, there’s so much more I plan on doing with you.”

GRIFF
It’s just a date. I’ve been on dates before. Plenty of them. I’ve taken women out to dinner, held conversations, kissed them goodnight at the end. And not once have I felt more anticipation, more nerves, than I do tonight.
Granted, none of them have gone further than one or two dates. None of them have mattered like this one does.
Because this is not just a date. It’s a date with Olivia. The woman who has found a way past my walls, into my heart, and is making me want things I’ve never let myself think about having.
A future that isn’t me alone, reminiscing about my days playing ball. Rattling around a house by myself, watching games on the television with my neighbour, the way we do with Harold.
I pull up to Olivia’s building and get out, casting a quick glance over the interior of the truck. It’s cleaner than it has been in months, and there’s a bouquet of flowers for her on the seat. I grab it and close the door before walking up to the front door.
The wait from when I knock on her apartment door to when she opens it feels impossibly long. But then she’s standing there, and I can’t remember how to speak.
“Hi,” she says softly, shifting her weight onto one socked foot. “I just need to get some shoes. Come on in.”
She steps back and I move into her space, drawing in a full breath and finally finding words.
“You look beautiful, Liv.”
She really does. Her hair is softly curled and falling around her shoulders in cascading waves. She’s done something to her eyes that makes the blue stand out even more than usual, a soft shadow rimming her upper lids or something. And her lips? They’re the perfect shade of pink, bee-stung and soft looking.
Her hand rubs nervously up and down the side of her pants leg. “Really? Thanks.”
I step closer, cupping her cheek and tilting her head up slightly. “Really. Stunning.” I dip down and kiss her softly. “You take my breath away, baby.”
“Oh,” she says in a quiet voice. There’s a thread of surprise, as if she doesn’t quite believe me. I make it my mission right then and there to erase any doubt she might have about her allure and the hold she has over me.
“These are for you.” I hold out the bouquet of colourful tulips. “I couldn’t decide on one colour, so I decided to get a bunch and mix them all together.”
“They’re so pretty, thank you.” She dips her head down, but I catch the slight frown. “I don’t have a vase, though.”
I walk into her kitchen and quickly find a glass pitcher and fill it with water, then I take the flowers and stick them in it. “We’ll have to find you one.”
