“Okay, now you’re paying too much attention to me, and not listening to what I’m saying.”

“Sorry.”

He sauntered around to the end of the bed, then put a knee on it. He looked huge as he made his way toward me. In one swift move he had my pajama shorts off.

“You slay me. The things I want to do to you,” Renzo said as he stared down at me. He reached out and swirled his finger around my belly button. I arched up. Then both of his hands skimmed down each hip, then around so that he was on the inside of my thighs, parting my legs. “Are you with me, Millie?”

“Yes.” The word was a low hiss.

He chuckled as he traced the outer lips of my sex. Warm waves of energy blasted through me. Thank God I was already lying down. I reached out with my one good hand and grabbed at him.

“Uh-uh. Put your hand back. You don’t get to move your hands. That’s part of our play tonight. You’re my princess, and I’m the pirate who’s captured you. Remember?”

Oh shit, he really, really, really had read that book.

I nodded.

He spread my knees outward, then lifted my feet so that they rested on his shoulders.

“Beautiful. You’re so wet for me. I love that.” He bent his head towards my core, then his tongue licked through my folds.

I tried to keep my eyes open, I wanted to watch him. But it was impossible. I felt him thrust two fingers inside me. He brushed his tongue around his fingers as they pushed in and out of my core. I felt myself spiraling upwards.

I opened my eyes and looked down at him.

“God, please touch my clit,” I demanded.

Renzo chuckled. “First I want my honey.”

I felt my sex pulse, and I knew that he got his wish as I felt myself get even wetter.

“Please, Renzo, I need…”

“I know what you need.”

He twisted and spread his fingers, finding a spot inside me that send waves of sensations thundering through me, keeping me poised on the tip of a pin.

“Now, Renzo. Now!”

He took my swollen clit between his lips and sucked hard and I shot off into oblivion.

Chapter Twenty-Seven

Jasper Creek, August

I opened the door to the smell of something heavenly. I wasn’t quite sure what it was, but I couldn’t wait to find out. Millie was a fantastic cook.

“Hi, Renzo,” she called out from the kitchen. “Are the guys still giving you a hard time for being glittery?”

“Yep. It’s been a week and they still are. Why didn’t you tell me that that stuff hadn’t all been washed off in the shower?”

“Because it was more fun watching you leave the house with glitter,” she answered with a smile.

I went into the kitchen to steal a kiss and a cookie.

“What are you making?”

“It’s a new recipe. Stuffed green peppers. I’m thinking with beef and cashews, that I can tolerate the peppers and therefore I will have eaten a vegetable.”
