“How many times?”

“She only came once. That’s all, I swear! We did one round before you snatched me out of there.”

I stood there, hands resting in my pockets. My mind was on overload, but no one could tell. How did she look when she came for him? Did she really enjoy it? It probably would’ve made shit better had she not cum for him.

Gripping him by the throat, I lifted his body from the trunk and said, “You should’ve lied,” and then tossed his naked ass on the ground. “You better not ever touch her again,” I warned and slammed the trunk shut.

A couple days later

Solei was really pissing me the fuck off. This mufucka had planned to go on a date tonight with some nigga that she barely even knew. How I knew? I hacked her fucking phone and saw all her damn messages. It wasn’t bad enough that she’d fucked some other nigga, and now she had intentions of doing the shit again. She was a ho, but she was my ho.

I sat there in the command room, watching her run around her bedroom in search of something to put on after she got out the shower. She was moving so fast that she stubbed her toe on the vanity. Solei hopped on one foot as she tried to soothe the pain for the other.

“That’s what yo’ ass get,” I said underneath my breath.

She got dressed in this dress that was so fucking short I was sure you could see her pussy if she bent over. My jaw muscles tensed. Dick had to be the only thing on her mind if she was leaving the house like that.

She went over and started on her makeup at the vanity. Solei looked over her shoulder and got up from the bench. I watched her lips curve as she stared at her phone, so I grabbed my dummy phone to see what had her so fucking jolly.

Unknown: I’ll be there to get you in thirty. Can’t wait to see that beautiful face.

My hand tightly squeezed the phone. She went back over and finished her makeup and then removed her scarf and bonnet from her hair. I couldn’t lie. She looked good as fuck about to head out the door. If only she was going on a date with me.

My fingertips grazed the monitor. “In due time,” left my lips.

I observed her as she grabbed her purse off the dresser, took one final look at herself in the floor-length mirror, and exited the bedroom. My eyes jumped to the next monitor. Solei swiped her keys off the counter and headed out of the front door. I bounced to the camera in the hallway. She stood at the elevator, waiting for it to come up to her floor.

Soon as she stepped on, I switched screens and hacked the elevator, shutting that bitch down. Her free hand smacked the wall of the elevator, and her head tilted back.

“Yo’ ass in time-out. Sit there and think about what the fuck you did,” I said and got up from my chair.

I lifted my phone into the air but didn’t have any bars. “This can’t be happening to me right now.” I’d pressed every button on the elevator, and it wasn’t moving. I was really stuck in here.

“Help!” I screamed at the top of my lungs, not knowing if anyone could hear me or not. “Somebody, help!”

Kicking my shoes off, I slid down the wall to the floor. There was no telling how long I was gon’ be trapped in here. Corey was gon’ be upset when I didn’t make it to our date. Whenever I got out of here, I’d just have to call him and let him know what happened and do a rain check. I was really looking forward to going out with him tonight. After the shit with Ben, I needed a pick-me-up. Ben never returned to the apartment that night after leaving his keys. His phone was still disconnected. I just turned them in to the office in case he ever wanted to come and pick them up. I wasn’t sure what happened between us for him to disappear on me the way he did, but it was whatever. He gave me the dick and got the fuck on like I wanted him to.

It seemed as if I was stuck in the elevator forever. Sweat trickled between my breasts. We only had two elevators in the building, so I was sure they knew that this one was down. It was just a matter of time before they let me out of here.

A few moments later, the elevator jerked. I grabbed my shoes and stood to my feet. The doors opened, and some people stood there in the lobby.

“Damn, you was stuck in there all that time?” this guy asked me as he stepped on. He was crazy if he thought I was gon’ take that back up to my floor when I was just stuck in there. Soon as I stepped off, I went to my text messages to shoot Corey a message.

Me: I’m running behind. I was stuck in the elevator. We can do a rain check or whatever if you want.

Not delivered.

After I saw that, I dialed his number to see what was going on, and I got nothing but the voicemail.

“Ugh.”

He had to have blocked me because I missed our date, but it wasn’t my fault. Shaking my head, I slipped my phone into my purse and took the stairs back up to my floor.
