“Wow,” Trevor said. “Seriously, wow.”

“I second that,” Ollie murmured after he’d slid off andmoved to snuggle close. They were lying face to face, and when Trevor reachedup to stroke Ollie’s cheek, it felt like the most romantic moment ever.

“I—” He stopped. What could he say? Want you? Need you?Love you? They were all true—all of them, he was certain of it—but hecouldn’t push the words out. Not now. Not yet.

Instead, he just smiled. “I feel wonderful.”

“Me, too,” Trevor said, but his eyes said more, and Olliemoved in even closer, his forehead pressed against Trevor’s chest. His eyeswere so heavy. He wanted to stay awake, to tell Trevor how much this nightmeant to him, but sleep was pulling him under. And the last thing he felt wasthe soft, gentle brush of Trevor’s lips on his head.

* * * *

Sleep called to Trevor, but at the same time, it eluded him.How could he sleep now, after finally—finally—getting what he wanted?

Not sex, though that had been amazing.

No, what he’d wanted was Ollie’s submission. His consent. His trust.

His love.

For well over a year, he’d craved this man, but he’d neverbeen entirely sure where Ollie stood. There was an attraction—that much was fordamn sure. But was Ollie just curious? Was it just sex and attraction andhaving a good time?

Or was there more there?

He’d spent far too many nights praying that there was more, because Ollie was the first man since Greg who’d made him feel fully alive.Who’d planted thoughts of a future into his head. Of a relationship. Maybemarriage. Possibly kids.

And, yeah, he was probably getting ahead of himself. It wasonly sex after all.

Except was it?

It had felt like so much more. It had felt like a promise.

More than that, it had felt like love.

And the moment you lay that on Ollie, you’ll send himscreaming for the hills.

Trevor shut the thought down, the possibility that he couldscare Ollie away was just too damn depressing. And what was he doing thinkingdepressing thoughts right now, anyway? He’d just shared the best sex of hislife with the man who was also his best friend. That wasn’t something to fretabout; he should be celebrating. They’d crossed a line. They were movingforward.

So what if Ollie had only slept with women before? Thatmeant nothing. Ollie wasn’t Greg. Ollie was a thousand miles away from the manGreg had been. A man who’d cheated, not only in marriage but in his own representationof himself. He’d specifically told Trevor he had no interest in women anymore. And even if he did, there was no way he’d break his vows.

And yet he’d broken them so easily.

With a sigh, Trevor moved closer to Ollie, his arm goingaround his waist. As he did, Ollie shifted, too, so that their bodies werespooned together.

“You’re thinking too loud.”

Ollie’s whispered words startled Trevor into laughter. “Ithought you were asleep.”

“Mostly. I like the feel of you. Soaking it all in before Ifade to black. No time for a repeat performance when we wake up. We’ll be onpoint downstairs. I’m making the most of the memory.”

Something worrisome tugged at his gut. That sounded like aone-off.

He swallowed. “Memories are good.”

“Damn right,” Ollie said, his voice thin with sleep.

And as Ollie drifted off again, Trevor fought down anemotion that felt remarkably like panic. Because he wanted more than just onememory with Ollie. He wanted a lifetime of memories.

Most of all, he wanted the man himself.
