"Fuck, she tastes so good," he says, as if talking to the others. "I wonder if we can make her scream..." he says with languid thoughtfulness before a finger passes right through the thin wet barrier and into me.

I cry out, but that's choked off when he suckles my clit, digit pumping in and out of me.

It's impossible to think. "I don't scream," I manage to grind out through clenched teeth.

I feel his lips curl into a smile against my most intimate parts.

When he lifts up to hover over me, his eyes are ruby red. Four.

"Oh, we know that's not true, baby. Not after how I made you melt and beg in that church," he says before hooking his fingers in the sides of my panties and dragging them off my legs in a smooth motion.

And then he pushes my legs further apart, entering my slick entrance. My head whips back and I let out an inhuman sound as his hot length stretches me in the most mind-boggling ways. It's so good. It's too much. This is exactly where I want to die.

"You feel so good."

I open my eyes to meet the pink cloudy eyes of Three who is gritting his teeth as if it's too much for him too.

Then he's driving into me hard and fast, and the pleasure rocks me all the way through. Everything else disappears except him and me.

Carolee. Goldie. The empty barstools. His mother. Gone, all of it, burned out of the room by the heat of his body against mine.

He's below me, behind me, he's drawn me into a side angle I'd never been contorted into, but fae lords, he’s hitting a spot I didn't even know existed inside me.

He murmurs all his pet names, baby, little stalker, and the others find new ones. Two calls me his menace, Three calls me his dream. When I meet blue eyes for the first time, I know it's Five. Something tender slips over his face as he continues to rock into me, sweat dripping off both our bodies, and from the curls hanging at his brow. "You are the most beautiful thing I've ever known." I feel his words down to the tips of my toes. I wrap a hand around the back of his head and rock him deeper into me until we are both gasping and struggling for control and breath.

And then his weight shifts until something feels different, off. His pace has slowed, his grip has tightened, and there is an energy I can't identify as any of the men I've met.

I open my eyes and suck in a gasp of surprise.

I'm staring into two black eyes. No, not black, there is a kaleidoscope of stars and color within the black, like rolling, waving galaxies.

My stomach lifts as if suspended in air, and I can't tell if it's wonderful or terrifying.

Sound seems muffled to my ears and the air is thick with magic, like an explosion has gone off and is still vibrating through me.

Gooseflesh prickles along my skin, and a new sensation joins the mind-melting pleasure...danger.

This is Seven.

I want to say something, but the way he peers down at me has the words stuck in my throat. It feels like an alien is gazing at me even as he slowly, deeply drives into me.

I have the very real feeling that he's debating if he should kill me even as he fucks me. I force myself to swallow over a suddenly dry throat.

This is the part of The Seven that hates me, that wants nothing to do with me. We’ve always stayed a safe distance from each other, though I've been desperately curious to meet this part of him. He continues to slam into me slowly and steadily, and it reminds me of the pounding of a funeral drum. Nothing about this moment feels safe or distant.

He blinks and Five's blue eyes stare down at me now, his expression softer as he leans down to kiss me, dragging his fingers through my hair.

I'm safe again. Yet, I can't shake the piercing sensation that struck me seeing Seven for just a couple moments. I had no idea what he thought of me, and I could never ask any of the others without him knowing.

But it’s him I’m thinking of as my body ratchets tighter to the breaking point, as my whole body trembles and I climax in a shudder so intense I swear I’m back inside the galaxy of his eyes.

The crash meets the violent waves of the love I have for all of him. It smashes into his release as he gasps and comes in me with equal ferocity and clinging tension.

I swallow hard as my senses return, my fingers playing with the damp curls at his nape with his face buried in my shoulder. The sensation of standing at the edge of a very high cliffside hits me with a sudden bout of vertigo.

Like I know I’m on the edge of losing everything I am if I lose him too. I pull him closer, tighter, fighting the lump in my throat. I’ve lost Rosie, Goldie, Cinder, The Fairy Godmother, and Carolee. But I still have Ariel and The Seven.

Yet my insides quake with the knowledge that I only have more to lose.
