“You would like that? The chance of someone seeing us?”
I nodded, bucking against his hand. “I shouldn’t. But I do.”
His fingers disappeared inside of me, and I cried out, forgetting where we were or what we were doing.
He growled, quickly covering my mouth with his other hand. “Too bad I don’t think you could be quiet enough.”
The back door started to open, someone holding it with their back as they continued talking to someone else on the other side. I whimpered when Zack removed his hand and stepped back. Reluctantly, I fixed my clothes, and he grabbed me by the hand.
As the customers piled out and headed to their cars, Zack grabbed the door, leading us back inside. I tried not to get a good look at who the others were. If I recognized any of them, I’d want to hunt them down and kill them for interrupting what had promised to be a pretty intense experience.
As the door shut behind us, Zack let go of my hand and turned to me. “You go ahead. I need a minute.”
I glanced down as he adjusted his thick cock. The outline of it in his jeans had my need for him spiking up again. I smirked up at him and stepped into his space, running my fingers up his chest and then through his hair.
“How about we find an excuse to get out of here?”
“Best idea I’ve heard all day.”
I turned with a smug smile and put a little more sway in my hips as I made my way back to the table.
“Everything okay?” Izzy asked, concern in her voice.
“Oh yeah,” I waved her off. “I had to wait in line for the bathroom.”
She seemed to buy it hook, line, and sinker. The guys, on the other hand, had matching questioning expressions.
It took Zack almost another ten minutes to return. “Finally flagged the waitress down.”
Logan and Seth exchanged a look and then shot Zack their own raised eyebrow looks.
Zack cleared his throat. “I put a couple hundred down—”
“Dude,” Seth clipped. “You gotta stop doing that.”
Zack just shrugged and continued. “She’s gonna leave the tab open though in case anyone wants another drink. You all can close it out if it’s above two hundred.”
Logan sat back in his seat, crossing his arms over his chest. “You heading out? Not like you to call it an early night.”
“Not yet. Gonna finish my beer.” Zack took his seat next to me again but didn’t dare look my way. “Just wanted to get the check squared away in case it took her a while to come back.”
The next twenty minutes seemed to crawl by. Finally, unable to stand it any longer, I faked a yawn. “I think I’m going to head out.”
“Me too.” Zack climbed off his stool. “I’ll walk you out.”
I huffed and stood, trying to keep up appearances and not give anything away. With my hands on my hips, I narrowed my eyes. “I don’t need an escort. I’ll be fine.”
He returned my glare with one of his own. “There’s still an arsonist on the loose, so yes, you do need an escort.”
“Even Violet said I was probably safe.”
“Better to be safe than sorry,” Izzy interjected. “Just let him walk you out.”
“Yeah,” Logan said, an obvious smirk in his tone. “I think that’s probably for the best too.”
I heard Seth chuckle, and for good measure, I sent them both a look I hoped conveyed shut the fuck up, no one asked you.
“Fine.” I huffed. “I’m parked around back.”
