“Mm. Stay right here with me.” I catch her jaw, keeping her focused on me as I lower my mouth close to hers. “No hiding now. I want to watch every second of you finally losing that fucking attitude for me.”

Her breath stutters, and I grin against her lips.

“I want to see exactly how pretty you look when you stop fighting what you want.”

Then I start moving, slow enough to make her feel it, and whatever control I had left disappears the second her expression breaks.

Cece meets every move with the same fire she brings to everything else, legs tight around me, nails digging into my shoulders like she still can’t get me close enough.

“Fuck, Mama.”

Her eyes stay on mine, dark and wrecked, even while that stubborn little look tries to hold on.

“Right there,” she breathes.

Like I need the fucking encouragement.

The bed shifts beneath us, the room filling with rough breaths and the sound of her losing control one piece at a time.

Every time she drags me back in, something possessive twists tighter in my chest.

She’s not fighting me now.

“You feel that?” I murmur against her ear. “That’s what you’ve been running from.”

“Cállate,” she gasps, but her body gives her away.

I laugh against her skin. “Thought so.”

Her nails bite deeper, breath breaking apart as the tension finally starts to take her.

“That’s it. Let go for me.”

“Ay, coño—”

She comes apart with my name on her lips, pulling me in so tight it wipes every thought from my head.

Fuck the track.

Fuck the speed.

Nothing has ever hit me like this.

I bury my face against her neck, holding on as the last of my control goes with hers.

When it’s over, I stay there, breathing hard against her skin while her legs slowly loosen around me.

For once, Cece has nothing smart to say.

I lift my head and look down at her.

Lips swollen. Eyes half-lidded and still carrying just enough attitude to make me grin.

“Still hate me?”

Her hand slides into my hair.

“Don’t fucking ruin it, pendejo.”
