My eyes popped open when I saw what it said.
Rae: I’m staying in the city tonight. I really am not in the mood to go home. Yet I’m not in the mood to end the night early. If you’re up for a drink, here’s my address to my hotel.
I was caught off guard by how straightforward she was. I’m sure by now we have broken all patient-therapist clauses. We had hung out on more than one occasion, texting, and even sharing shit with each other that should be prohibited, which would have other people looking at us weird.
I could use the night out, but my feet were tired. I jokingly texted her that my feet were sore and maybe I needed to sit my ass down. Her response had me choking on my spit.
Rae: So come sit in my lap then, and let me give you a foot massage. I promise you won’t regret it.
Koi: Girllll, don’t tempt me with a good time.
Rae: Off the record. I got you.
Koi: Give me an hour. I’m going to shower and change.
Rae: Sounds like a plan.
As planned, Rae was sitting at the bar, taking a gulp from her drink when I made it to her. She turned to me when she felt my presence nearby.
“Hey girl.” She looked down at my feet. “You came prepared in your slides.”
“Listen, you said you got me so, have at it, miss mamas,” I smirked. “What you drinking?”
“I was gonna opt to order room service, what you think?”
“Umm,” I swallowed hard. I didn’t know what to think of the question but if I did want a foot massage. There was no way I was gonna get one out here in the restaurant.
“If you’re uncomfortable, we can stay here,” she chuckled. “I just want to make you as comfortable as possible.”
“Right.” I looked around at the amount of people who were in the restaurant. “Let’s go. And you better know how to give a good massage, girlfriend,” I sang.
“I can do more than that but-” her voice trailed off. “Let me hush.” I raised my brow.
A foot massage and two drinks later, I was sitting across from Rae in the chair while she sat on her bed.
“So why are you staying at the hotel tonight?” I questioned her.
“He had been getting on my nerves lately, and today I just wanted to get away from him.” I didn’t know what kind of marriage Rae had, but I’d be damned if I was married and my husband didn’t question me booking a room in the middle of the week.
It was suspect, and Rae didn’t seem the least bit fazed by it. I, on the other hand, was side eyeing her as if she was the problem.
“Here.” She picked up the glass of wine, lifting it to my lips. “Have some of this.” Rae went to the small Bose speaker, turning up Ella Mai’s song, “This Is” as she sang along. I was in my own world, bopping my head to the beat and sipping slowly.
Rae’s eyes trailed my body, causing a fire to ignite. I knew it was the wine because I had never in my life looked at another female twice, yet I couldn’t keep my eyes off the way she swayed her wide hips from side to side. And before I knew it, she was standing in front of me, pulling me up from my seat.
“Dance with me. Loosen up and let your hair down.”
“Huh?”
“Live in the moment for once.” Rae pulled me closer to her, our faces inches from each other.
“Are we crossing the line?” I stood in front of her as her hand slipped down the front of my tennis skirt, causing my heart rate to speed up, never breaking eye contact. Much taller in height, Rae dominated the moment.
“Crossing the line would be satisfying our hunger for each other and trying to act like there isn’t something here between us.” She placed her index finger over my lips as her other hand circled my pussy.
Hot, horny, and slowly spreading my legs, I allowed her to take full control of the situation. Whatever ill thoughts I had about us going any further were overshadowed when she inserted her finger inside of me.
My chest heaved up and down, mouth agape, letting out a low moan as I closed my eyes.
