Before I could protest, she grabbed my dick and sucked it back in her mouth, stale cum and all. I couldn’t deny that Arabella sucked a mean dick. She sucked dick like she was slurping a camel through a straw.
That shit felt good as hell. But while my toes may have been curled and my balls were growing tighter, my heart and mind was somewhere else. I wouldn’t mind having the same woman in my bed every night, but what would be even better would be to have someone who honored, loved, and respected me.
“Let me go, Bell,” I pleaded weakly.
When she replied, “Mm-mm,” I wasn’t sure if she was talking about my dick or the hold that she had on me.
“My goodness, I’m ready for our next vacation,” Jade Nichols, my friend and employee, stated. She worked for me at my travel agency, The Curated Retreat. After a stellar year, but with long hours, days, and some weekends, I decided we needed to take a long vacation.
I left my assistant manager, Evangeline Hart, in charge along with five other employees to hold down the fort.
My best friend, Symone Bridges, who was a therapist, and our good friend, Yashika Carter, who was a meteorologist, joined Jade and me on a two-week vacation as we island hopped from Mykonos to Paros to Santorini. We had enjoyed the luxury of shopping in Mykonos by day and partying with gorgeous and exotic men by night. We enjoyed the beaches of Paros while also adding pounds, thanks to their amazing culinary scene. Yet, it was Santorini where I fell in love and doubted I would make it back to the States.
We had just met up at A Cup of Tea for brunch and mimosas, to catch up on life after our vacation. Yashika shared that her drug dealer boyfriend, Antoine, had bought her a new house and put it in her name. Symone announced that she and Myron, her biochemist boyfriend, were engaged. We oohed and ahhed over the rock on her finger before we lapsed into reminiscing about our vacation.
“Girl, you? I could return to Santorini and stay there forever. It’s so romantic,” I declared with a long, dramatic sigh.
We had spent time taking in the dramatic views of the caldera, the blue-domed churches, and the volcanic wineries.
We had ferried from one island to the next, talking with locals and other travelers, and telling them all about where we were from and why we were there.
“Girl, I want to go back to Paros and gorge on that fresh seafood again,” Symone declared.
“I want to head back to Santorini and take a sunset catamaran cruise with Greg,” Jade professed.
“Ohh, my calves still hurt from hiking that trail between Oia and Fira,” Yashika replied, reaching down and rubbing her calves with a groan.
We laughed.
“I want to go back with my honey,” Jade declared.
“I would love to go with Antoine,” Yashika stated.
“Y’all know I’d go with Myron,” Symone replied.
“We should make it a couples trip,” Jade declared.
“What about you, Myraj?” Jade asked.
“I would return to Mykonos and watch the sunset. That was so peaceful and romantic,” I declared with another sigh.
“No, I mean, are you onboard with a couples’ trip?” Jade clarified.
“With who?” I asked.
“Tyrus,” Yashika clarified.
I waved a hand. “Girl, please. I don’t think that will last much longer.”
“Oh, Lord. Here we go again,” Jade stated.
“Whaaat?” I whined.
“You’re thirty-six and still a virgin because you’re waiting for your perfect night, and I don’t see it happening,” Yashika stated.
My friends doubted my ability to find the perfect man in my head, but I didn’t doubt it. I had saved myself—not for marriage, but for the right man. I saw love all around me daily.
My parents, Jessica and Dwayne Nicholson, had been married forty-two years and were still in love. They still flirted with each other, and my daddy still made my mommy giggle like they were in their twenties rather than their sixties.
