He grips my braid and winds it around his fist, then pulls my head back, forcing me into a kneeling position. But his hand pushes against my hip, so my back is curved and I’m locked in a position I can’t escape from. With my legs between his legs, I’m effectively immobile.

His arms come around me and squeeze as Ash bites the back of my neck. Hard. I yelp again, but groan in pleasure as he starts to fuck me. It’s fast and forceful with his knot inflated, plunging inside me. My channel struggles to accommodate his girth, but that’s the point. The pain sends me into a mindless frenzy.

I’ve never been fucked like this before.

He’s all around me. His arms, his scent, his fire. All-consuming, demanding my surrender.

The moon surrenders.

That’s the only thought I can form before Ash’s teeth break skin and he comes inside me, moving in and out of me until he’s finished, and I’ve come again too. He releases my neck and licks my wound to help it heal.

I prepare for the full knot, wiggling my bottom on his cock.

“Not yet,” he says.

In protest, I whine.

Ash chuckles, and because my back is pressed against his chest, my body vibrates with it. My clit pulses again.

I’m in the mood again? His seed is supposed to calm the heat and make me more comfortable for at least a few hours. But I’m anything but. It might actually be the opposite.

Ash scoots back as if to pull out, but I grab his hip and scoot back with him. I can’t let his dick slide out. It feels too good.

“I said not yet.”

“I need more,” I tell him.

“You’ll get more.”

“I want it now.”

“You will get it when I give it to you.” Ash presses a palm against my back and pushes me down on the blankets in the nest. He pulls out with a groan. When I look over, he’s still hard.

I’m not the only one suffering.

Chapter 25

Runa

Ash slides on the black kimono pants he tied to the basket, wincing as he tucks his fat dick into the confines of his pants. When he sits down by the lit fireplace, he winces again.

I smile. Should’ve worn those sexy gray sweatpants, buddy.

I like seeing him all hot and bothered, determined to remain as grumpy as possible. There’s something satisfying about knowing I’m the girl who’s causing our biggest enemy discomfort. If he’d just knotted me, he’d be fine now. He suffers entirely on his own account.

Fire licks along the walls, and as I watch, it forms a herd of galloping horses. Reclining in my nest, I prop my head on a hand.

“It’s pretty,” I tell him.

“What is?” Ash opens the basket to look at what my mother packed.

“Your horses. But why horses? Why not wolves?”

“Horses are not a predatory animal.” At my frown, he explains, “As a species, we like the outdoors and staying in motion. Fire is often a means of self-expression. It lashes out in anger. Burns hot in excitement.” He pauses with a smirk. “Remains steady during sleep. When I can’t run, I’ve learned that when I purge and create creatures in motion, it satisfies the part of me that likes to move. But not every creature is the same. Horses gallop in herds. Wolves run in packs, but usually it’s because they’re hunting prey. During purging, the horse is a more favorable shape for me. It is less…feral.”

Ash takes out dried meat and cheese. “Are you going to eat?”

“No.”
