“Because Jessie hates her. She’s the one person on this planet whom Jessie actually hates, and if he found out I met with her, it would hurt him, so please don’t tell him.”

Before Jordan could say a word, I heard the buzzing sound of our Vespa, and I knew it would be a matter of minutes before Jessie walked in here. Nerves flooded me, and I glanced back at Jordan, pleading in my eyes. “Please promise me you won’t say a word.”

Jordan’s fierce gaze examined me, and for a moment, I thought he was about to refuse, but then he bit his bottom lip and nodded. “Yeah, of course.”

As those words left his mouth, I felt immense relief flooding over me. At least he’d keep my secret.

Jordan

“You want to have a threesome… with me?” I asked them both.

Before responding to my question, Levi and Jess, who sat on the other side of the round dining table, turned to look at each other and nodded.

“Well, yeah,” Jess said brightly while Levi remained quiet.

When they offered me a cold drink and suggested we sit down and talk, being asked to be the third party in a threesome was the last thing I’d expected to happen.

“Like, right now?” My brows curved in confusion.

Jess chuckled. “No, no. We just wanted to ask first to make sure you’re cool with the idea,” he explained.

“What about you?” I moved my attention from Jess to Levi, who sat silently, his gaze glued to the glass and not looking entirely on board with the idea. Once he looked up and met my eyes, I asked again. “You sure you want me to join you?”

While Jess seemed excited about the idea, Levi didn’t. If anything, he looked more than uncomfortable. But perhaps it had nothing to do with the discussion, and he was still worried about earlier. Could he still be scared I’d tell Jess about his mom? If so, that was ridiculous because I would never do something like that. I wasn’t that type of a guy who’d use secrets like they were assets. I mean, I did help Shay-Lee out, but was that the same?

“Y-yeah. Jessie wants to try, and I… I want it, too.”

His answer surprised me, mainly because, so far, I got vibes that he didn’t like me all that much.

“Oh, cool.”

“So, that means you’re cool with it?” Jess jumped in and caught me off guard.

Was I cool with it? That was a damn good question.

While I did find the two of them attractive, and from the little I saw back at the party, I had no doubts they’d be hot in bed, I didn’t want to sleep with them. Not just them but anyone who wasn’t him. The only guy I was interested in being with was Shay-Lee, and the idea of getting into bed with someone who wasn’t him felt wrong.

While thinking about Shay-Lee, I realized I liked him more than I initially believed. My attraction to him was growing into something stronger. It was so strong that I needed to see him. Right. Fucking. Now. Not only did I want to see him, but I missed him. Since I’d listened to him and didn’t go to school today, I was even more eager to meet up with the guy.

But before I did that, I needed to give Jess and Levi my answer.

“I’m actually seeing someone,” I said and watched how my words affected them. While they both looked a bit disappointed, Levi also looked relieved.

Jess’s lips twisted. “Oh, I didn’t know. That’s super cool.”

“Thanks,” I said, even though I knew Shay-Lee and I weren’t dating. But maybe we could be. Perhaps if I talked to him, he’d be up for the idea? If someone told me a month ago that the dude was into men, I would’ve told them to fuck off. As it turned out, not only was Shay-Lee into men, but he was into me. We had sex more than enough times to establish that. So, perhaps it was my turn to make a move?

“Well, it’s a good thing we asked then, right?” Jess said, snapping me back.

I smiled. “Yeah, for sure. Don’t get me wrong. I do think the two of you are hot.”

Levi’s ears turned red, and he looked away from me, which was kind of adorable.

“So, who’s the lucky man?”

“He’s not out.”

“Oh, that must be hard.”
