Razor snorted as Coms laughed while Riker bounced on his mate’s lap until Razor tightened his grip on the fox.
And Soren, he didn’t react outwardly much, but I felt his love through the bond.
It was warm and consuming.
And that was enough. Hell, it was more than enough.
Because for the first time in my life, I wasn’t just surviving. I was exactly where I was supposed to be.
