"I want the same for you."

His lips tilted in a small smile. "I know."

After Jake left, and with nothing left to do but wait and count down the seconds, I managed to work for a bit. But when I received a text from Lina, I dropped everything.

Lina: I'm ready to go. Can I go

to your office a bit early?

Gabe: yes, I'm ready whenever.

Lina: Good, because I'm coming

up to your floor now

I jumped out of my chair, strode toward the elevator, and found her just as she exited the car. She grinned at me, eyes sparkling. She opened her mouth to speak, but I grabbed her face in my hands, plastered my body to hers, and kissed her. I kissed her like my life depended on it, giving myself into it until I'd run out of breath.

"I've been waiting for you," I said. "I've been waiting for this."

"Me, too."

"Come to my office for a second. I have to turn everything off, get my things."

"Okay."

She held my hand as we retraced my steps back to my space. Most of the floor stood in the near-darkness of dimmed lights, spaces empty, waiting for the cleaning crew later in the evening. Once back in my office, I got behind my desk, ready to turn my computer off. I started with my open documents and spreadsheets, any and all details invisible. My preoccupation wasn't on the sensitive company information I usually dealt with, but on my next few hours with my… with Lina.

"Are we alone?" she asked.

"Seems like it. Most people should be gone by now."

I'd just cleared my screen's desktop of the windows I’d been working in, when Lina got between me and my desk.

I stared up at her.

"So, I was thinking," she said. "You spend a lot of time here, right?"

"Yes. I go to meetings sometimes, as you know, but this is my home base. Why?"

Lina's voice was barely above a whisper, but I heard her clearly. "Since we have only a little bit of time to make memories, I think I'd like to make one here. So you remember me when you're working late into the night."

Distracted by the look in her eyes, the comforting size of her in front of me, the tempting shape of her body, I managed to find the control for the glass walls and made it opaque. I also closed the door with the push of a button. It locked automatically, and its click broke the momentary silence around us.

Her thighs were right in front of my face, her skirt stretched over them. I put my hands on them, one over each, and rubbed them up and down. I lifted my gaze at her again. "I couldn't forget you."

"But I want you to think of this, too." She bent down, hands on my face, and kissed me.

My hands left her thighs, caressing up her body and following a path to her shoulders, then down her arms. I held onto them for balance; her tongue made a pass on my lips and it made me dizzy.

"I will think of it." I admired the lovely view of her breasts, better displayed from this angle, almost overflowing out of her low-cut shirt. My blood went from humming to a buzz, and I brought my eyes back up.

She gave me a knowing smile. "You can look all you like."

"If I look, I'll want to do more."

"Haven't you realized? I want you to do more."

I surveyed my office, buying myself time. Blood already rushed to my cock, the mere suggestion of taking Lina in my office sizzling in my veins. Clouding my mind. "You know the kinds of things I want to do to you. Waiting until we're at my place might be best."
