“Hm,” Clark’s hand lightly trails over Jeremy’s torso and leaves a line of sparks in its wake, “Let’s stay here the rest of the day.”
Chuckling again, Jeremy asks, “Is that a yes?”
Clark’s eyes flick up to Jeremy’s, all twinkly and bright. He searches Jeremy’s face, very serious, as he tells him, “I’ve been imagining us having sex with you for a long time.”
Losing his smile, Jeremy chews on the inside of his cheek nervously and asks, “So, did it live up to your expectations?”
A small grin spreads on Clark’s face, leaning forward and saying against Jeremy’s lips, “And then some.”
Jeremy’s eyes droop closed and they kiss languidly, the action still causing a mess of butterflies to flutter in his gut. Clark pulls back and Jeremy licks his lips to taste the leftover spiked saliva, eyes opening to search that handsome face. Clark does the same, fingers coming up to Jeremy’s collarbone and tracing the line there. Jeremy keeps looking at Clark’s face in close proximity as he replies, “Good. I was worried.”
Clark chuckles, “What could you be worried about?”
“That it wouldn’t be as good as you were imagining,” Jeremy shares.
Rolling his eyes, Clark says, “No way. I knew you would be great in bed the second I saw you ride a horse.”
Readjusting in bed and leaning more into Clark, Jeremy asks, “How is Asher?”
“Excellent. Although I’m sure she misses you,” Clark winks.
“Let’s go riding soon.”
“What? In this weather? No way,” Clark shakes his head.
“C’mon, it’s not that bad,” Jeremy laughs.
“It’s freezing!” Clark laughs along, “I can’t even get into the holiday spirit, I’m so cold.”
Jeremy’s hand comes up and plays with Clark’s silken curtain bangs, asking, “What are our plans for Christmas?”
“I don’t know,” Clark sighs, leaning into Jeremy’s touch, “I’ve been locked up in here from the snowstorm and all I’ve been thinking about was getting you back.”
Smirking, Jeremy notes, “You were always such a baby with the snow.”
“I’d give anything to get away from it,” Clark admits.
“I heard Crystal Island is coming out next month,” Jeremy mentions, “Are you going to LA for the premiere?”
“Yep, and you’re coming with me,” Clark tells him.
“Oh, I am?” This is news to Jeremy, smiling coyly, “You don’t think it’ll be weird with Merle there?”
“First off, you need to stop calling him that. Sounds way too personal,” Clark clears his throat and continues, “And secondly, I already called Rezai and buried the hatchet. We’re back to being professional colleagues.”
Jeremy raises a brow, “Really?”
“Well, maybe I’m remembering it wrong. Oh, yeah, that’s right, I told him if he ever thought about making a move on you again I’d bury him. Now it’s coming back to me.”
Laughing, Jeremy shakes his head, “Yeah, that sounds more like you.”
“Anyway,” Clark continues, “That’s not for another month. I don’t know if I can stay in this cold that long.”
“Well,” Jeremy shrugs, “Where else could we go that’s not cold?”
Slowly sitting up a bit, a wide smile spreads to Clark’s face as he gets an idea. Jeremy laughs at the expression, asking, “What?”
Clark doesn’t respond, instead putting his other arm over on the other side of Jeremy’s head to climb back on top of him. Before Jeremy can ask anymore questions, Clark is stealing his words from his mouth by kissing him wantonly once more. They get lost in each other’s mutual touch, neither wanting to ever let go.
