Before she can say anything else, I get down on my knees in front of the bed and pull her toward the edge. Sliding her sandals off, I kiss the arch of her feet, then pull down her jeans, leaving her in nothing but a white thong and shirt.

“You came here to kill me,” I grit out, putting my mouth on her until all I hear is moaning.

When she’s about to come, I pull away and ask her if she’s forgiven me yet.

“I had no idea Haze was so talented,” Doc says, awe written all over her pretty face. “Why didn’t anyone tell me he was so famous? Between him and Xanthe, I’m surprised there aren’t fangirls lined up outside the clubhouse gates.”

It’s been two weeks since she forgave me, and I’ve worked hard to make her feel comfortable being back here around everyone. Our new house is ready, and I’ve moved in, and now I’m just waiting for her to join me officially. She helped me pick out all the furniture, and she’s spent every night there with me. Now, she needs to either sell her place or keep it and rent it out. She can keep all the money. She doesn’t need to pay anything here either. I’ve got her.

“There would be if they knew he lived here,” I reply, kissing the side of her neck. When I told her we were having a party here tonight, I didn’t tell her it was for her. As soon as her cut was ready, I wanted to make it official, but it felt right to wait until things were back to normal with us.

“You look stunning tonight,” Skull compliments her, and Meredith beams.

“Thank you, I didn’t know so many people would be here tonight.”

Skull grins and claps his hand on my shoulder. “Love you, brother.”

“Love you too.”

Isla comes and grabs Doc’s hands and leads her onto the dance floor, where the other women are all dancing and singing along with Haze.

Suit comes up next to me, wearing his cut and a black T-shirt for once. “Congratulations, brother.”

“Thanks, man.”

When the song ends, Prez gets up on stage and whistles loudly. “I hope everyone is having a good night. There’s a reason we’re all celebrating tonight. Bones! You and your woman get up here.”

Meredith’s eyes are wide as I lift her in my arms bridal style and carry her onto the small stage. The crowd cheers loudly, and I give her a quick, yet possessive kiss before I put her down.

“I don’t know what’s in the water, but another one of our enforcers has found his old lady,” Prez calls out. “I never thought we’d let a shrink in here, but here we are. Tonight we’re making it official.”

“There’s still time to change your mind, Doc.” Prez winks down at her, and she laughs. He holds up her leather cut so everyone can see it. It reads ‘Property of Bones’ underneath the Serpents of Chaos MC emblem. When he spins it around, everyone can see the word ‘Doc’ written on the front with a little love heart underneath.

“Doc, I love you more than anything and anyone. You’re mine. Put this on and make me the luckiest man in the world.”

She holds out her arms, and I slide it on for her. She looks so fucking sexy in it.

“I love you, baby.”

“I love you too,” she replies, staring into my eyes. “So much.”

“Serpents, show her how we welcome her,” Prez calls out, and I turn her to face the crowd.

“What’s going on?” she asks. I grin and wrap my arms around her. “Wait and see, baby. They’re all going to welcome you.”
