Her body falls forward, right on top of her friend.

I do the same thing I did with the first girl, checking for an ID in her purse. Thankfully, this one has an actual pen in there, too.

“Rachel Taylor,” I murmur to myself as I read her name on her ID and write it onto the paper. “Check.” I put the ID back into her purse. “Hope you don’t mind, but I’m going to keep this.” I hold up the pen, but she can’t see me. She’s face-first in her friend's stomach. I pocket the pen with my phone, grateful that I chose a dress with pockets today.

“Two down, one more to go.”

I head across the street where the other friend is looking. I watch as she slips inside a building. I follow after, watching her search the darkened room.

It’s filled with people, the lights are low, and it reeks of smoke.

She heads upstairs, and I’m right behind her. I look around forcameras, but I don’t find any. This club obviously doesn't care about their dancers if they don't even have them to watch what happens on the main floor.

“Hey.” I tap her shoulder.

She spins around with wide eyes. “Sorry.” I laugh. “Are you looking for a blonde girl, red dress?”

“Yes?” She narrows her eyes suspiciously.Ah, smart girl.

“I saw the three of you together a little while earlier. When I came in here a few minutes ago, I saw your friend come in too. She came up here, but I’m not sure where she went after that.”

“Oh.” She blinks. “Thank you.”

“Of course.” I smile, then start to go back down the stairs. Looking over my shoulder, I see her go into the bathroom.

Once she’s inside, I rush back up the stairs and slip in behind her.

“Allison, are you in here?”

She checks the stalls one by one as I lock the door.

“No luck?” I ask.

“No,” she sighs. “Thanks anyways.”

She goes to step around me, but I block her.

“I need to find my friend.”

“It’s okay,” I tell her. “Your other friend already found her.”

Her brows furrow. “What?”

“Rachel, she already found her.”

“Then why did you tell me she was in here?” she huffs, sounding frustrated with me.

“So I could get you alone.” I shrug.

Awareness flashes in her eyes as she takes a step back. “I don’t know what you want, but you'd better let me go, or I’ll scream.”

“Did you know it’s pretty shitty to be all over another woman's man?”

“What are you talking about?”

“My boyfriend, Jasper. You were all over him tonight. And your friends thought they could flirt and touch my other boyfriends.”

“You’re crazy.” She shakes her head. “I don’t know what's going on, but I have pepper spray.”
