I liked hearing him beg for another chance, so I kept playing hard to get. “I dunno. Maybe we shouldn’t.”
“Or maybe we should because neither of us have any other options.”
“Who don’t have options?” I jokingly asked.
“Get fucked up, Honey.” Mikael grumbled and I feel his heated gaze on me.
“I’m saying it’s not fair. You fucked my cousin as get back for something I never did.”
“So, what you wanna fuck one of my cousins? Then we’ll be even?” He eyed me evilly and I couldn’t hold in my laughter.
“Mikael shut the hell up.” I tittered.
“What?” He cluelessly asked me.
“I don’t want to fuck any of your cousins.”
“Good, I was gonna feel fucked up killing one of my aunties kids. But I was ready to fake cry at whatever niggas funeral.”
“Something is wrong with you,” I sighed, shaking my head at him in disbelief.
“I’m perfectly fine.”
“Seriously though Mikael. I’m praying I don’t regret this but I’m giving you one more chance. If you mess up, no redo, no sorry nothing. I’m leaving and not looking back. We’ll have to figure out how to coparent or something.”
“I hear you. I promise Imma make you proud of me. I’m going to be the best version of me because I can’t lose y’all ever.” Malika said seriously as he stared into my eyes while he caressed my belly.
“We gotta pick out a name for him.”
“Mikael Junior works for me.”
“No, one Mikael is enough.”
“You right, my little nigga need his own identity.”
“I saw the name Zayden. I thought it was cute.”
“I like that too.” He gave me a half smile. “Ion know if I said thank you for having my seed. You don’t know how muchit means to me you bringing my seed into this world. I love you, Honey.”
“I love you too,” I sweetly replied as his lips closed in on mine until we were kissing feverishly.

The Next Day
“You not bringing my son here,” Mikael said with a deep scowl.
Since Lamelle last popped up at my house I hadn’t been back here. I only stopped by to get clothes once or twice. Mikael was adamant about me moving in with him before I had the baby and I wasn’t against it. If we were going to be together what was the point in us living in different homes? On top of Malika wearing my missing dress. I had no clue if Lamelle had access to my house and I didn’t feel safe here anymore. Me moving was going to happen whether I moved in with Mikael or not.
“Shut up,” I waved him off as I walked off the elevator. “If I wantedourson to come to my house he would. However, I don’t even want to be here. So maybe if my baby daddy asked me nicely to live with him I would.” I turned around to look at Mikael smiling while batting my eyes at him sweetly.
He blew out his breath then he smiled back at me. “Will my fine ass baby mama; girlfriend pretty please move in with me so I can wake up to her fine ass every morning.”
“That’s more like it. I’ll give you the honor of waking up to me every day.” I giggled, turning back around, almost colliding with a female. “I’m so sorry,” I immediately said.
“It’s okay, Zaylee? Is that you?” Tasha said with a genuine smile on her face.
Tasha was Lamelle’s most recent ex before we started dating. She didn’t stay with him long and like most of the women hedealt with she wasn’t fond of me. Her smiling and being nice was kind of throwing me off.
