“Hey, love,” Obiora said softly. Ejiro realised he was crying. “Oh, love. Baby. Come here.”

Obiora held him, simply held him like he’d done last night, cradling Ejiro tightly like he could somehow put the pieces his mother had shattered back together.

And he did. It hurt, and the pieces remained cracked and jagged, but in Obiora’s embrace, Ejiro felt a little more whole.

“All right, love?” Obiora whispered when his sobs had died down, soft lips pressing against his forehead.

Ejiro nodded. Fresh tears pricked at his eyes, but they weren’t tears of sadness. He shifted, leaning up so he could kiss Obiora, before pressing their foreheads together, whispering thickly, “I love you.”

“I love you, baby,” Obiora echoed, staring into his eyes, into his being. “I want …” Obiora paused, looking strangely nervous. “I want you to meet my family.”

Ejiro’s eyes widened. “W-What?” he asked weakly.

“Not now, obviously,” Obiora said quickly. “I just—I love you, Ejiro. I’ve never been more serious about anyone in my life. I need them to meet you. I want to introduce you to them.”

“Obiora,” Ejiro said thickly. “I want you to meet mine, too. Blessing’s already given you her seal of approval, and Ajiri’s happy when I’m happy. And I’m very happy, Obiora.”

Obiora beamed. “I’m glad.”

Ejiro trembled. He was overwhelmed in the best way, yet freaking terrified, but he made himself face the intensity burning in Obiora’s eyes, the same intensity he could feel beating along with his heart.

“I love you,” he said, clutching Obiora close, like he was afraid Obiora would disappear. “I love you. I love you. God, I don’t know what to do with this. I’ve never felt so … much.” His throat bobbed as he swallowed. “It’s … honestly kind of terrifying.”

“I feel the same way,” Obiora whispered. “But there’s some comfort to be had, knowing we’re in the same boat, isn’t there?”

“Yeah.” Ejiro nodded. “Yeah.” He darted forward to kiss Obiora again, shifting closer, desperate. “Love me. Make love to me.”

“Of course, love.” Obiora kissed him, and kissed him, and kissed him. “Anything you want.”

CUPID CALLING: IS OBIORA ANOZIE IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CONTESTANT HE CONFESSED TO FALLING IN LOVE WITH?

WARNING: This post contains spoilers from Episode 7 of CUPID CALLING.

For those who might have been living under a rock—and you have to be, to not have heard about CUPID CALLING, A.K.A Ameri Shae’s debut into reality television (it completely takes over the trends on social media for HOURS every time a new episode drops, without fail)—Episode 7 of CUPID CALLING literally broke the internet when it dropped about three weeks ago, after contestant Obiora Anozie—who was supposed to be competing for the heart of Sophia Bailey, the bachelorette—confessed instead to being in love with a co-competitor.

Avid fans did a re-watch of the entire series in an attempt to figure out the identity of the man who’d stolen the attentions of the handsome contestant, and while a few theories left much to be desired, the general consensus was that Obiora’s love interest was none other than sweet, introverted bachelor, Ejiro Odavwaro. Ejiro being eliminated in the very same episode—even though it was for different reasons—only seemed to cement the proof of his being the recipient of Obiora’s affections.

However, while this might have proven Ejiro to be Obiora’s love interest, the question that left fans buzzing and unsatisfied was whether the former returned the latter’s affections.

If you are one of these fans, look no further! The question seems to have FINALLY been answered in the form of a now deleted Instagram post uploaded by Obiora earlier today.

In the photo, who we assume to be Obiora is sitting on a sofa, with another man’s jean-clad legs and stockinged-feet stretched out over his sweatpants-clad thighs. Obiora had one hand curled almost possessively on the person’s knee, while his other hand presumably took the photo. The caption read:

Days like this; when he’s with me <3 Can’t believe a freaking TV show is what brought me the love of my life (I can see you smirking from here, Esther, please go away)

Though there were no identifying features in the photograph, fans have taken it upon themselves (tweets below) to interpret Obiora’s caption as confirmation that not only is Ejiro the bachelor in question, but he does in fact return Obiora’s feelings. His deleting the post not long afterward, according to the fans, only serves to make him look even guiltier.

As makeup youtuber Dee Dee said, this weekend, Netflicks will air the highly anticipated The Men Tell All episode, airing LIVE from London, where all the eliminated men from the competition will be coming together to spill some behind the scenes tea, or clarify the parts they played.

Will Obiora and Ejiro come clean? We can only hope!
