“Can you even get us into purgatory?” I grumbled at Titan as we stood in front of the portal.
“I’m in the Order of the Void, guard demon. I have certain perks that you don’t.” He smacked the top of the portal and gestured for me to go in. “After you, princess.”
“Aw, thanks, mate,” Blaise cooed as he stepped in front of me and entered the portal.
Kai snickered before trailing in behind him with Thaddeus.
Titan gestured again, and I waved him off before stepping through onto the red clay ground similar to, but not quite as hot as Hell. I glanced up at the jagged stalactites that hung from above us, and we began walking toward a designated room where we were to meet the angel.
Hope swirled in my chest like a whirlpool, and I was fucking thankful the angel had agreed to meet with us. We’d all had our moods brighten when we heard Lilith was okay and that the angel would hear us out.
“Bran and Orenn said they were meeting up in this room.” Titan stopped in front of an archway, and we walked right in.
I fucking wish we hadn’t.
Thaddeus spun around and walked right out, and Kai followed suit, covering his eyes.
“Bloody hell!” Blaise turned his back.
Titan smirked, crossing his arms. “If you wanted some time to fuck, you should’ve said something.”
“But we don’t have time for fucking, sorry.” I walked right in, pulling out a seat and plopping my ass down.
Bran had his cock down the angel’s throat as Orenn fucked him in the ass. The angel’s white wings were out, fluttering as they pumped into both ends of him, uncaring that we were here. They came almost immediately, and the angel scrambled to cover up while the twin hellhounds stood stark naked with their cum dripping off onto the clay below them.
“You can come in now,” Bran said in a smartass tone.
“We just did,” Orenn purred, winking at the angel who shot them both glares.
I arched my brow. “Glad you got your time together. Can we get on with this now?”
The angel nodded, his white robe snug around his body, trying to regain some modesty after what we’d witnessed. “I’m Theo, and I apologize for what you’ve seen, but the twins are quite...convincing.”
“I’ll bet.” Blaise chuckled before sitting beside me.
Titan came in with Thaddeus and Kai to take a seat at the table.
“Do you have any clothes?” Thaddeus scowled at the twins, who shrugged.
“Rather be naked.” They winked at him.
“Look,” I growled, grinding my teeth together before leveling my gaze on the angel. “Theo, I just want to find my beloved. She’s been gone for over a fucking month. It’s killing me…it’s killing all of us. Please help us get her back.”
Theo ran a hand through his short, blonde hair as he took a seat in front of me. “Before I answer that, I have more news from Emma, and it’s not good.”
My blood ran cold at the grave expression on his face. Honestly, I didn’t think I could handle any more bad news. Without her, I was nothing.
“What do you mean not good?” Blaise leaned forward on his elbows.
“What happened?” Thaddeus asked.
“The blood witch went to see Lilith this morning, and she told her what she plans to do.” Theo hesitated, fussing with the tie on the robe. “She told her that the bracelet didn’t just seal off her powers.”
Kai gulped, pulling his brows together. “Then what does it bloody do?”
