The double friction was too much. Lincoln’s body began to convulse. Tears leaked from the corners of Lincoln’s eyes, a visceral response to the sudden, overwhelming intimacy.

“That’s it, Lincoln,” Malik whispered, his pace quickening, his thrusts becoming harder, faster, more invasive. “Let it go. Give me all of it. Every year you spent hiding in plain sight. Give it to me now.”

“I can’t...Malik!” Lincoln cried out, his voice raw and unvarnished. “I’ve never felt...I’ve never felt this!”

Malik redoubled his efforts, his movements becoming primal and desperate. He wasn’t just fucking Lincoln. He was breaking down the final wall between them.

“I’ve got you,” Malik growled, his thumb rubbing the head of Lincoln’s cock as he hammered into him. “You’re never going back to the silence. You’re mine. Do you hear me? You’re mine!”

Lincoln’s orgasm hit. He screamed Malik’s name, his body arching so hard only his head and heels touched the mattress. He came in a violent, hot spurt that coated Malik’s hand and their joined stomachs. The internal clench was so intense it triggered Malik’s own release.

Malik let out a guttural, animal roar as he came, his body shuddering with the force of it as he filled Lincoln with everything he had. He stayed buried deep, his forehead resting against Lincoln’s as they both gasped for air, their hearts hammering against each other in a frantic, syncopated rhythm.

They stayed tangled in the sheets for a long time. The silence of the house was no longer heavy. It was peaceful. Malik eventually pulled back, the sound of their separation wet and final. He grabbed the blanket from the floor and draped it over them, cocooning them in the fading heat.

Malik’s phone buzzed on the coffee table. He didn’t even look at it. He simply reached out and flipped it facedown.

“You’re sure?” Lincoln whispered, his voice still shaky, his eyes searching Malik’s.

Malik leaned in, kissing Lincoln’s forehead, his nose, and finally his lips. “I’ve never been sure of anything else, Lincoln. This isn’t a ruse. This is the rest of our lives.”

“Don’t let go,” Lincoln whispered into the dark.

Malik tightened his hold, pulling Lincoln flush against his chest. “I’m not going anywhere.”

There was nothing fake about this at all.

The future had finally begun.
