“Shit, that’s me,” Theo said.

“Let it go to voicemail,” I complained. “I don’t want you to get called in for emergency dental surgery.”

Theo’s naked body slid off the bed and rummaged around in the pile of clothes on the floor. He came up with his phone and said, “Don’t worry, it’s just my sister. Hey, Carmen!”

“I didn’t know he had a sister,” Austin muttered.

“Me neither,” Landon said.

“That’s amazing!” Theo was saying into the phone while pacing the room, still totally nude.

“Mind shielding us from your junk?” Austin asked, holding up a palm to cover his view.

Theo turned sideways so that we could only see his chiseled ass.

“Not much better,” Austin said.

“Speak for yourself,” I countered. “I’m loving the show.”

Theo hung up the phone and turned toward us. “That was my sister.”

“Not surprising, since you already told us so,” Landon teased.

“She just got engaged. They’re having a small wedding ceremony at his house next month.”

A long silence stretched as we all processed this information.

“Want to do something really funny?” I said.

Theo pointed at me. “No.”

“That’s got to be tough, your sibling getting married,” Landon said. “Your parents will probably be all over you for still being single.”

“You know how family can be,” Austin added.

Theo shook his head. “No!”

“You can’t go alone,” Landon went on. “Then they’ll really give you a hard time.”

“I have a friend you can take as your date!” I said. “She’ll pretend to be your girlfriend if you get her a job at your dental practice.”

“No!” Theo shouted. “Absolutely not!”

The rest of us roared with laughter in bed, and eventually Theo joined in. I smiled at the three men, my men, one by one. The love I felt for them was so real, so equal. I had no idea what the future held. I had no idea where the four of us would end up.

But I had a feeling it would be something special.
