Talon shook his head. “She wasn’t happy about it.”

“I’m proud of you for taking that step, for trying to clear the air. You’ve got my support.” Sebastian touched his shoulder, and Talon nodded tightly.

“I appreciate it.”

Everyone was curious about the demise of their relationship, but it was between Holly and Talon. I just hoped they could resolve whatever the issues were between them and become friends.
